Why Counselling?

It is all about your perception

Not long ago, I came to realisation that we are not defined by our circumstances because our circumstances are subject to change. we don’t have to call that negative situation, our new, “norm”. A different perspective on how we view our circumstances can be life transforming, although this is not easy, but it is possible! It starts with us, accepting that we have a problem. Changing of our mindset around our situation, can be just a light needed to change that dark situation.
